In a few short months our FLEDGLING EMPIRE has actually made it to a crossroads. Not only do we have a GOVERNMENT in place, a CHARTER, a PROTECTOR, and THIRTY-SEVEN NATIONS, but we have broken 85K NS! However there is along way to go and more work to be done; trade circles must be completed, members recruited, legions organized, and some general housekeeping.

That being said, in accordance of Article two, Section two(the second one[note there are two section twos due to clerical errors but as a legal document it must remain]) of our charter I'd like to announce that the FIRST EMPRESS, RevolutionaryRebel, has appointed Sharkson and Cayen to the lofty position of the DUAL PRESIDENCY.
