Foreigner Edition

So, I was up after midnight the other day, and I looked at our Alliance's details page and said to my friend 'dude, we need more tech deals'
And then he was all 'I know man, one of my sellers just disappeared'
So then I was like 'Well, maybe we should go see what our Agent of Prosperity is doing'
But he wasn't online. So instead, I'm starting this.

Terms/Conditions:
6/100 Only: Foreigners are welcome to offer 6/200 deals to individuals members, but official Alliance-brokered deals will be 6/100
Tech sale Guarantee: Unless a seller is attacked by a rogue or wars intervene, the Alliance will fulfil the requirements of Alliance-brokered deals where the seller fails to do so, or cannot do so. Other tech deals are not covered by this guarantee.
Allied Priority: Allies of AE or its Protector receive preferential service on all brokered deals
Long-Term Deals: Highly preferred. The majority of our nations will be selling tech for some time and we expect a steady increase in the number of sellers over time.
2x2, 3x3, etc: Can be arranged upon request. All deals are 1x1 otherwise.

Option 1: Message either the Empress or Agent of Prosperity in-game or on this forum.
Option 2: Apply offsite through posts, and/or Embassies/Consulates on other Alliance forums.
